It must look good, lots of people comment on what a great looking bike it is. Personally, I think it looks really cool
Comfort

I've ridden 100+ miles before getting any numbness. I use an Airhawk Comfort Seat pad but didn't use it on the Superlow at the beginning just to see how it was. I do long rides, 200 miles before refuel light comes on, so I do tend to use the comfort seat all the time.
Performance

Got no complaints about the performance, it's not going to rip off the big sport bikes but it's quick off the mark and leaves most things standing
Durability

I've had this bike since April 2019, not had a problem whatsoever. Done some long rides, 400-500 in a day, never any hiccups, nothing drops off, it just keeps going.

I get my Sportster serviced at a local motorbike shop, he's very experienced with Harley bike. It's cheaper than a Harley dealer but any parts required are quite expensive, normal Harley prices!
I've been riding nothing but Honda since 1974, never considered a Harley at all. In 2019 I decided my large Honda CTX1300 had to go, loved the bike but it was just too heavy, I kept dropping it when pushing it around by hand.
I tried half a dozen bikes, looking for 1000cc or more but lower and lighter than the CTX.
Nothing really suited me until the Honda dealer said they were getting a Harley in the next day. Salesman said "It's just a Sportster' but I said I'd come and test ride it.
Saw it, liked the look, lighter than the CTX by 100kg, and much lower. It was quite dirty, they hadn't had time to clean it up, but I took it for a ride. After about a mile, I had a huge grin on my face, loved it.
When I got back to the dealership I remonstrated with the salesman that 'Just a Sportster' is not a great thing to say to a potential customer - Then I signed up to buy it.
The bike was 3 years old so I've now had it 6 years, longest I've had a single bike and still loving it.
