Appearance

At the time it was considered good looking. Fashion changes of course but I still find it a handsome machine
Comfort
5
As with all Kawasaki's I have owned I found it comfortable for all day riding.
Performance

I purchased one after reading a 4 machine test for sport 750"s. The tester said the GPX was for riders who enjoyed lunatic bikes. That did it for me. Genuine 150mph machine in an age when not many did that sort of speed.
Durability
3
Overall it was good but they were prone to cam follower wear that could damage the camshafts. Very expensive
Maintcost

As always, depends on whether the owner chooses to use genuine Kawasaki parts. As with most Kawasaki's, they tend to be reliable machines.
A very good sport all rounder with a great engine that will put a smile on your face even now. Hard to find in good condition now but I would jump at the chance to own another one.
