It depends on preferences but the CBR still keeps the design of the old commuter street bike that can be very exciting around corners and long stretches of roads!
Comfort
4
Not too low, not too high. The F4i is comfortable enough for long rides and the banana seat model has a surprising amount of space underneath!
Performance
4
Not too wild but a skilled rider will have a lot of fun with it, the PGMFi fuel injection gives a nice jolt of power when twisting the wrist even on fouth gear. Brakes could be better and cooling is inadequate for summer rides but you can remap the system to turn on the ventilator at lower temperatures.
Durability
5
Absolute reliability! Other than the valve timing chain and the fuel pressure sensor everything else is top notch that last way over 400k klm with proper maintenance without opening the case for valves and gaskets.

If you plan on keeping stock then you're in for a ride. OEM honda parts are expensive and mostly from japan warehouses, so keep some allowance on the side.
A bike for both a new rider and an experienced one. Good looking and reliable and most of all true to Honda standards!
